The VOYA. Stakeholder App extends reporting controls into a structured digital workspace. Identity, permissions, development reporting and document activity are organised as separate records so each approved release can be reviewed and traced.

VOYA. already uses an in house system to organise project documents and prepare finance packs. VOYA Ready develops that approach into a dedicated data room system with a companion app.
One room, one index
Project documents organised into eight folders that follow the underwriting review, with a clear index covering each document, key dates and valuation history.
Every figure connected
Equity, expenditure, valuation, cost to complete and exit assumptions brought together in one finance pack. Differences between records are identified and explained.
Questions supported by evidence
Factual notes on title, planning, consents and insurance, with an underwriter question and answer pack linked to the supporting documents in the room.
Built from in house practice. System and app in development.
The companion app is being designed to support document collection, review activity and access to the same project records within VOYA Ready.
The system and app build are focused on internal deployment, testing and validation within VOYA. No external service is available at this stage.
