Registration
A prospective stakeholder begins a private conversation with VOYA. and provides the information needed for review.

Manual VOYA. approval
VOYA. reviews each request manually before any stakeholder account or Zone 1 access is activated.

Development interest
An approved Zone 1 stakeholder can express interest in a specific development through the controlled relationship route.
- 04
NDA issuance
Where appropriate, VOYA. issues an NDA manually after development interest has been recorded. Registration does not require an NDA.

Section 21 certification
Zone 2 activates only after the executed NDA and section 21 certification have been recorded and logged.

Assigned development access
Zone 3 access is assigned per development for deeper controlled material and remains subject to the relevant permission context.
