Private Fund

VOYA's own capital vehicle for development and joint venture opportunities.
VGH Private Capital is the in-house fund through which VOYA deploys its own balance sheet capital into select development projects and joint venture structures. It provides VOYA with the ability to move quickly on opportunities, co-invest alongside lending partners, and retain greater control over project outcomes.
The fund is focused on smaller-scale repositioning projects and structured JV arrangements that align with VOYA's core strategy across residential conversion, serviced living, and specialist asset classes.
