Where VOYA identifies and acquires distressed assets and structures the investment vehicle, LA Group provides the construction management, lettings infrastructure, and investor network to take those assets through to stabilisation and exit.

VOYA's founding thesis was that the distressed asset opportunity in Liverpool and the North West required a partner with deep operational capability rather than a network of external advisers. Construction delivery LA Group manages construction and refurbishment programmes on VOYA projects, providing cost certainty and programme management that is essential for distressed asset repositioning where timelines are often compressed.
Lettings and property management LA Group's lettings infrastructure provides VOYA with the ability to stabilise assets quickly post acquisition, generating income that supports the hold period and demonstrates operational credibility to exit buyers.
International investor access LA Group's investor network in the UAE and Brazil provides VOYA with access to cross border capital that is increasingly important as VOYA's project pipeline grows beyond the capacity of its domestic investor base.
